Part-Time Behavior Therapist – Prosper, Texas

ABA Squad is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our programs focus on ABA therapy, social skills development, school readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional education.

Our clinical team consists of passionate and experienced professionals from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, united by a shared mission: to positively impact behavior and empower children and families.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team in Prosper, Texas. This is a part-time opportunity with room for professional growth.

A quick note: Because of the sensitive nature of the work we do, we’re looking for team members who are interested in long-term roles. At this time, we’re not able to consider seasonal or short-term applicants.

Why Join ABA Squad?

  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • $200 for individuals with a 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
    • $500 for individuals with an Active RBT Certification
  • Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,600 annually ($400 per quarter) based on hours worked and performance.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Monday-Friday availability after 3 PM is preferred.
  • Diverse Work Settings: Work in-clinic, in-home, or in schools based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Prepare and create therapy materials as needed
  • Collect and graph behavioral data to track client progress
  • Provide parent training and support, modeling ABA techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Certification:
    • Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
    • Not yet certified? ABA Squad will cover the cost of RBT training and certification before your start date
  • Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and team members
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependability
