Total annual cash compensation for a Primary Care Physician generally ranges from $245,000 to $330,000 and includes base salary and eligible performance‑based incentives. Physicians who achieve a full clinical panel and meet defined performance benchmarks are typically compensated at the higher end of this range. The stated compensation ranges reflect estimated full‑time annual compensation and do not include the full value of additional benefits. Actual earnings may vary and may increase over time based on experience, productivity, performance, and market adjustments.
