Responsibilities

• Cover daily operations and uphold standards when the Farm Manager is away.
• Clean and maintain barns, outbuildings, and fencing.
• Perform routine grounds maintenance to keep the farm safe and functional.
• Operate tractors and other heavy farm equipment safely.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
