CCRM is seeking a Physician Liaison in Greenville, SC to serve as the frontline connection between our fertility services and the OB/GYN community. This field-based, part-time role requires visiting providers, building referrals, and representing our brand across practices, hospitals, and employer partners.

You will develop provider relationships, coordinate with clinic leadership, manage events, and ensure smooth referral handoffs with marketing and patient services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in physician outreach, healthcare field sales, or referral development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and polished presentation style
  • Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate diverse provider personalities and office cultures
  • Comfort traveling throughout the Greenville/SC/NC region via personal vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a network of referring providers (OB/GYNs, oncologists, urologists, internists, women's health specialists)
  • Schedule meetings, strategic drop-ins, and in-office engagements to promote awareness of CCRM’s services and patient care model
  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify differentiators to position CCRM as the provider of choice
  • Meet regularly with the Practice Administrator and REIs to align scheduling, clinic services, capacity, and updates
  • Relay referral provider feedback and market trends to clinic leadership for planning and patient coordination
  • Directly accountable for monthly new patient visits (NPV) goals tied to outreach activity
  • Maintain records of provider interactions, events, and leads in Salesforce CRM
  • Deliver performance reporting and pipeline updates to leadership
  • Plan and host provider-focused events (lunch-and-learns, happy hours, OB education nights) and engage employers
  • Collaborate with local employers and benefits managers to host fertility events and health fairs
  • Represent CCRM at community events to enhance visibility and patient acquisition
  • Work with marketing, REIs, patient services, and clinic staff to ensure smooth referrals and patient experiences
  • Share best practices with national PL team for broader goals

We are rapidly expanding to serve more families, and we are seeking a driven, personable, and performance-oriented Physician Liaison to help us grow our new patient volume (NPV) in the Greenville/SC/NC region.

About the Role

As a Physician Liaison, you will serve as the frontline connection between CCRM’s fertility services and the broader Obstetrics and Gynecology community. You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with referring providers, generating consistent new patient referrals, and representing our brand across OB/GYN practices, oncology, urology, women’s health groups, hospitals, and employer partners.

This role is best suited for a proactive, confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and understands the nuances of provider engagement. This is a field-based position requiring 80%+ time spent actively visiting offices, meeting providers, and hosting strategic events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Referral Development & Market Growth

Proactively build and expand a network of referring providers—OB/GYNs, oncologist, urologists, internists, and relevant women's health specialists.

Execute a blend of scheduled meetings, strategic drop-ins, and in-office engagements to promote awareness of CCRM’s services and patient care model.

Understand the competitive landscape and identify key differentiators to position CCRM as the provider of choice.

2. Communication & Operational Alignment

Meet regularly with the Practice Administrator and REIs to ensure alignment on scheduling, clinic services, capacity, and operational updates.

Relay referring provider feedback and market trends back to clinic leadership to support informed planning and patient coordination.

3. Performance Ownership

Directly accountable for monthly new patient visit (NPV) goals tied to outreach activity.

Maintain meticulous records of all provider interactions, events, and leads in Salesforce CRM.

Deliver consistent performance reporting and pipeline updates to leadership.

4. Events & Employer Engagement

Plan and host provider-focused events (e.g., lunch-and-learns, happy hours, OB education nights) that educate and activate referral partners.

Collaborate with local employers and benefits managers to host employee-facing fertility events and health fairs.

Represent CCRM at key community events and professional gatherings to enhance visibility and patient acquisition.

5. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team, REIs, patient services, and clinic staff to ensure referral handoffs are smooth and patient experiences exceed expectations.

Share best practices with national PL team to support broader strategic goals.

Key Metrics for Success

Number of new patient visits (NPVs) generated monthly from PL-led efforts

Growth and retention of referring provider relationships

Frequency and quality of field activities (logged visits, meetings, and events)

Referral funnel conversion metrics from awareness to appointment

Feedback from clinic leadership on PL alignment and impact

Required Qualifications

Existing relationships with OB/GYNs or provider groups in the Greenville area

Event planning or B2B marketing experience

Field-based with frequent travel across Greenville/SC/NC regision

Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) for events, materials, and set-up

Flexibility for occasional early morning or after-hours events
