Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program.
• Experience teaching information instruction in academic libraries.
• Experience in in-person and virtual formats (Zoom).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and reference services to students, faculty and other users of the James E. Tobin Library.
• Develop customized classroom instruction sessions upon request.
• Teach research strategies to students in small and large groups and / or one-on-one sessions.
• Remain current in navigating academic resources held by the James E. Tobin Library.
• Other library related duties as assigned.
