Job summary

Easterseals of Western and Central PA is seeking a part-time Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to support our HR department in hiring and onboarding new staff. The role is 20 hours per week with an initial 30-day on-site training period in Greentree, PA, and will become partially remote after training.

Pay is $20.00 per hour and includes PTO and eligibility for the 403(b) retirement plan. The Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment from posting ads to onboarding in Paycom, coordinate

Qualifications

• 2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience with HRIS/payroll systems, Paycom preferred.
• Polished communication and professional demeanor for email/phone/in-person communications.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at once.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process employment requests from hiring managers, create ads, post positions via Paycom ATS or Indeed, revise ads per HM directions.
• Conduct background checks, education verifications, references, and onboarding steps per HM directions.
• Manage onboarding through Paycom Set Up forms and onboarding parts 1 and 2.
• Weekly check-ins with HM, update ads, track openings and onboarding need.
• Collect candidate information from HM; due one week after hire.
• Create new positions or seats in Paycom as needed.
