Beam Living is seeking a part-time Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in New York. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across corporate and on-site teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to craft compelling descriptions and hire top talent.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience writing job descriptions and evaluating candidates using structured interview techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for culture-building and helping teams grow with the right talent.

• Champion Beam culture — Represent Beam’s values in every interaction and help attract candidates who will strengthen our communities.
• Drive process improvements — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance consistency, and improve hiring outcomes.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume or multi‑site environments.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers.

What we offer

Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $55.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
