Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding for the Honolulu to Leeward Area (Kapolei). This part-time role offers 20-25 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time as branch needs expand.
The ideal candidate will build relationships, network locally, and support both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, including coordinating employment documentation and onboarding.

Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week initially) with opportunity to transition to Full-Time (40 hours per week) based on Branch growth and business needs.
Adecco is seeking a motivated and community-focused Recruiter to support recruiting and Branch operations in the Honolulu to Leeward Area (Kapolei) area. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding candidates while also supporting client-facing activities within the local market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking within the community, and supporting both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of temporary and direct hire positions.
Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications based on client requirements.
Build recruiting pipelines through job boards, social media, community outreach, networking events, and grassroots recruiting efforts.
Perform candidate follow-up and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment documentation and pre-employment requirements.
Support local hiring events, job fairs, community partnerships, and workforce development initiatives.
Conduct client check-ins and support client relationship activities as needed.
Assist candidates with drug screening, onboarding requirements, and assignment readiness.
Maintain accurate candidate activity and documentation within company systems.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to meet Branch hiring goals.
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using recruiting technology, job boards, and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
Must reside locally within the Hawaii market.
Reliable transportation required.

Associate check-ins

Job fairs and grassroots recruiting activities
Flexible schedule with ability to increase hours as business needs grow.
Preferred Background
Staffing industry experience.
Recruiting experience in administrative, clerical, light industrial, customer service, or hospitality positions.
Experience developing community partnerships and sourcing candidates through local networking efforts.

Target Schedule: 20-25 hours initially, with a path to 40 hours as Branch revenue and business demand increase.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
