You will conduct thorough assessments, create personalised recovery plans, deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions and group programmes, and collaborate with prescribing clinicians to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent in Health & Social Care, Substance Misuse, Community Work, or a related discipline.
• Professional development in motivational interviewing, recovery-focused practice, safeguarding, or mental health interventions is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users from referral, assessment and treatment to sustained recovery and discharge planning.
• Conduct thorough assessments, risk evaluations, and create personalised recovery plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, one-to-one sessions, and structured group programmes.
• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to enhance treatment plans and health outcomes.
• Promote harm reduction, overdose prevention, safeguarding awareness and health promotion.
