Position: Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, helping create a positive and inclusive environment within our facility. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn about long-term care and explore career advancement possibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Handle inquiries and release information following policies and procedures
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
• Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents and forward as needed
• Create and maintain a warm, calm, and positive environment throughout the day
