Bolivar Ford is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and handling phone calls in a busy dealership environment.

This position is ideal for high school or college students; we offer hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth in a friendly, team-oriented setting while you balance school commitments.

Qualificações

• Friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work well with others.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person!

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• File and organize daily paperwork.
• Process customer down payments and cashier transactions for sales, service, and parts.
• Assist sales staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Prepare coffee and maintain a clean, fully stocked coffee bar.
• Help with other general office duties as needed.
