Job summary

Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage phone calls. You will greet customers, handle basic administrative tasks, and coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires friendly, outgoing communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic dealership environment. Part-time schedule includes 4 PM–7 PM on weeknights and Saturdays 9 AM–6 PM.

Our Part Time Receptionist ensures guests are welcomed to the dealership immediately upon arrival in a warm, inviting, and professional manner. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and some administrative paperwork.

Schedule:

Part-Time 4 PM-7 PM four weeknights and 9 AM -6 PM Saturdays
