Your Day at Lowe's

You will keep the store clean and organized, receive and replenish merchandise, and ensure safety and presentation standards are met. The role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving merchandise, and maintaining safety protocols. You may also assist customers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are received, stocked, and replenished accurately.
• Follow safety guidelines for lifting and stocking.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe aisles.
• Engage positively with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Report safety or security concerns.
• Adhere to safety regulations and complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and listen effectively.
• Proficiency with smartphones and retail technology.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking.
