Brailsford & Dunlavey seeks a part-time Project Intern in Atlanta for Fall 2026 to gain hands-on experience while continuing studies. Interns work on real client engagements in real estate, planning, finance, and strategy, collaborating with experienced advisors on meaningful projects.

You will contribute to research, data analytics, synthesis, and project delivery, developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills essential to advisory work.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate (junior or senior preferred) or graduate student pursuing a degree in real estate, urban planning, architecture, business, finance, construction management, economics, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Directly related work or internship experience in real estate, urban planning, economic development, finance, or construction is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection and analysis to support client engagements, including market and industry research, focus group facilitation, interviews, surveys, space planning support, and financial modeling.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Develop presentation materials and financial models to support storytelling and recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders to support thinking, analysis, and recommendations.
• Support quality control and client satisfaction on assigned projects.
• Contribute to research and development by identifying new analytical tools and improving models.
