Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney to support a boutique law firm's real estate and transactional practice in a part-time capacity.

This role requires approximately 10-20 hours per month and involves representing construction lenders, drafting and reviewing equity and loan documentation, and handling title and survey matters as part of a broader real estate and transactional practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with real estate development and transactional matters.
• Experience serving as construction lender counsel.
• Strong experience drafting and reviewing equity, title, survey, and loan documentation.
• Experience with bond transactions.
• LIHTC experience is a plus but not required.
• Municipal finance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent construction lenders in financing transactions.
• Draft and review equity, loan documents, and construction and permanent loan documents.
• Review title and survey matters.
• Assist with bond-related transactions and matters.
• Support additional real estate and transactional matters as needed.
