A top-producing real estate team in Raleigh is seeking a part-time Clerical Assistant to provide essential support. Are you dependable, organized, and ready to thrive in a busy real estate office? Our top-producing team is looking for aClerical Assistantto provide essential day-to-day support to our General Brokerage Listing Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, stays on top of details, and wants to be part of a supportive and driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and mail “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” postcards (Created with Canva)
  • Assemble listing and buyer packets for agents
  • Track and reorder office supplies including paper, ink, and copier supplies
  • Enter listings into Profit Power, Pre-enter listings into the MLS
  • Maintain a bulletin board of all active resale listings
  • Send out updated inventory sheets every Friday
  • Fill copiers with paper first thing every morning,
  • Provide post-closing support by scanning closed files and mailing handwritten thank-you notes to buyers and sellers

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable learning new systems (we’ll train you on Profit Power and MLS Doorify)
  • Dependable, friendly, professional, and team-oriented
  • Real estate or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • Part Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm
  • In-office position
