Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Volunteer Coordinator to manage communications and reporting around our volunteer base and support our tutoring programs. As an integral member of the R2S team, the Part-Time Volunteer Coordinator will recruit volunteers, support trainings, and provide supervision and support, ensuring volunteers integrate into R2S and its community partners all while aligning with our mission and goals. R2S partners with public early childhood education, elementary schools, and community programs to support students in developing reading skills and goals.
