Job summary

Young World Physical Education is looking for a part-time Educational Support Staff member at Washington Elementary. You will assist teachers, supervise students, and perform clerical duties to support instructional activities.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include providing reading and math interventions and ensuring student safety in various settings.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; Spanish preferred.
• General knowledge of computer usage with database and teaching software.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in instructional setting and literacy activities.
• Prepare instructional materials and deliver intervention curriculum.
• Supervise students and ensure safety in activities.
