Job summary
Nashua Post Acute is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian for a shift from 7 AM to 3 PM. This role supports resident nutrition, care planning, and discharge components within a 292-bed facility, with daily pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications
- RD credential required.
- Clinical nutrition expertise preferred.
- Experience with geriatric settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing department procedures.
- Review surveys and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain quality assurance for Food Services.
- Review residents' dietary requirements per physician plans.
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and diets.
- Support nutrition components in discharge planning.
- Monitor and adjust resident nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care goals.
