Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Youth Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team serving families in Lodi, Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
