Job summary

PBS Corp. in Michigan's Livonia area is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA programs under a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, participate in meetings, and have opportunities to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand, with local travel commitment and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
