Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Missouri is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioural therapy in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least six months in health care as instructed; RBT certification is encouraged and willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED with six months health care experience.
• RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience providing individual instructions in health care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information
• Collaborate as a team member on interactions and assignments
• Work independently while coordinating with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
