Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in their homes and community settings. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, record data accurately, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
