Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time in-home sessions with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

We offer mentorship, opportunities for growth toward BCBA, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Must be able to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
