Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings. This position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a track to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields with children.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred in psychology/education.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
