Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring individuals to support children with autism as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in home or clinic settings, offering flexible part-time hours and on-the-job training.

Participants will be paid to complete the 40-hour ABA training; starting wage is $15.75/hour, increasing to $17.50/hour after certification, with a typical range of $15.75–$19.25/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Complete RBT training and obtain RBT credential within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Help children with autism in their home or in our clinic under supervision of Behavioral Analysts.
• Implement instructional programs, teach adaptive living skills, and implement behavior interventions.
• Collect data, complete session notes, and maintain communication with the Behavior Analyst.
