Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking motivated individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians. This part-time position supports children with autism in home or clinic settings under BCBA supervision, with on-the-job training and pay during certification.

Training includes a 40-hour ABA course, paid at $15.75/hour, increasing to $17.50 after certification; the RBT range is $15.75–$19.25/hour. Must be 18+, HS diploma, background check, driver license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete RBT training and obtain RBT credential within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Help children with autism in home or clinic settings under supervision.
• Implement instructional programs and teach adaptive living skills.
• Collect data, complete session notes, and communicate with the Behavior Analyst.
