Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You’ll implement skill-building plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are passionate about making a difference for children with Autism, and possess or are willing to obtain RBT certification before working. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
