Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. Candidates gain paid training, mentorship, and a clear pathway toward RBT certification, with ongoing supervision from BCBA professionals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, data collection, and reliable scheduling from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members; participate in meetings and training.
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
