Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy for children and to support families under supervision. You will collaborate with BCBA mentors and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients; work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, daily living and independence skills.
• Work closely with families and supervising BCBA.
