Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate ABA team. Provide one-on-one therapy in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behaviors.

You will record session data electronically, collaborate with a clinical team, and support families with skill-building plans. This role starts part-time and offers flexible scheduling and day-to-day meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required before starting.
• Passion for learning and helping children with Autism.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as a key member of our clinical team, implementing individualized skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic documentation tools.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment for clients and build meaningful relationships with families.
