Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.

These part-time roles offer same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships, with a supportive clinical team providing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before start.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
