Job summary

ABA Squad is a pediatric ABA clinic providing services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. The team delivers ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness and parent training.

The part-time position offers a flexible schedule across in-home, in-clinic and school-based settings, with potential to grow into full-time as needed. Applicants should have an RBT certification in good standing or be willing to obtain it; driving is required for client travel.

Qualifications

• Must hold RBT certification in good standing or be willing to obtain (ABA Squad covers costs).
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable and adaptable; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation per insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
