Job summary

Move Up ABA in McKenney, VA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients and work under supervision of a BCBA to implement interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, data collection, progress tracking, and maintaining accurate records while supporting personalized treatment plans for individuals with autism and related disorders.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus.
• 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders.
• Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA.
