Butterfly Effects is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA-based behavior intervention plans. The role emphasizes implementing treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families under a BCBA’s supervision.

This part-time position offers flexibility and meaningful client impact. Ideal candidates will have an active RBT certification, Medicaid credentials, and a genuine passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid Credentials.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a company background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client’s progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and/or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data in the online database.
• Participates in continuous training to increase skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
