Job summary

The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) at Anne Carlsen Center provides direct behavior analytic services to children and young adults under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. You will implement individualized care plans and behavioral interventions and support staff in applying programming.

This part-time, on-site role in Fargo, ND requires a high school diploma, age 18+, background check, and completion of 40-hour RBT training with certification within 4 months.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 18+ years of age.
• Criminal background check required prior to employment.
• Completion and certification of 40-hour RBT training within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement client care plans and behavioranalytic services under supervision.
• Provide training, guidance, and direction to client’s team and staff.
• Utilize problem-solving to identify client needs and staff training needs.
