Job summary

Anne Carlsen Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA/BCaBA supervision for children and young adults with autism. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills in home, school, or community settings.

The role is part-time, with a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and occasional Saturdays, up to 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid North Dakota Driver’s License.
• 40-hour RBT training and 1-year ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to children and young adults with autism.
• Operate within home, school, or community settings to reduce problematic behaviors.
