Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to drive progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; travel may be needed for in-home sessions. Prior RBT certification and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to foster learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
