Job summary

Heartland ABA in Centerville, IA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles serving clients in their homes and community settings. You will implement ABA plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behavior.

This position offers same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships. Training is provided, no local licensure required beyond RBT certification.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
