Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism reach their goals.

We offer part-time schedules, same-day pay, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships. Paid training is provided; you’ll record data electronically and collaborate closely with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
