Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes or community settings.

You’ll join a supportive clinical team, enjoy same-day pay, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Paid training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
