Job summary

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 5-year-old client for approximately 17.5 hours per week. The role involves implementing ABA therapy across home, school, or center settings and documenting sessions within 24 hours.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 3pm–6:30pm. Flexible scheduling and professional development support are offered, with opportunities for advancement to BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
