BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving personalized goals. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, executing skill-building plans under supervision of the clinical team.

Responsibilities include data recording and collaboration with families to foster progress. Paid training is provided; part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience and compassion are essential for working with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
