BK Behavior in the United States is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team and help clients achieve their goals through evidence-based care. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, collaborate with a clinical team, and accurately record session data using electronic devices.

This role starts part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement, thanks to partnerships with BCBA schooling

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
