Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Davenport, IA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
