Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Kansas seeks part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma, be willing to learn, and possess patience and compassion. Paid training is provided, and a 6-month commitment is encouraged to help transform our clients lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
