Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with Autism in their homes or community locations. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and help implement skill-building plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
