Job summary

Symphony ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA-based care plans and support clients across daily living skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust strategies, ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

RBT certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized care plans based on ABA principles.
Assist clients in daily living activities to promote independence.
Monitor and document client behavior and progress with accurate records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to adjust treatment strategies.
Provide support during therapy sessions in a safe environment.
Educate clients and families about behavioral health concepts.
Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
