Job summary

Attentive Autism Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a home-based across Utah. The role emphasizes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting skill development in a safe, supportive environment.

The position requires RBT certification and successful background screening, with a flexible, in-person schedule and a referral program as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification.
• Successful completion of a background check and any other required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and communication development.
• Accurately record data during therapy sessions to track progress and assist in the evaluation of treatment plans.
• Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
