Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is hiring-certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time roles with flexible schedules, aiming to support children with Autism and their families.

We offer immediate pay through Same Day Pay, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for fellowship/internship hours. RBT certification is required prior to working, and training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference in children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
